Our Managing Director, Pat Lucey, holds PMP certification, IPMA Level B status, Digital Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a qualified ISO9000 and SEI-CMM auditor. Our Director of Services, Colum Horgan, holds PMP certification, and is a ISO9000 Lead Assessor. Our Management team has delivered multi-million Euro programs with up to 500 ICT engineering staff based in multiple international sites working simultaneously on our projects. Pat and Colum have held Senior Management positions through all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle – Requirements, Design and Development, Verification and Validation, System Integration and Deployment, On-Site Support and Management of the overall Quality System. Our technical team is headed up by Dr. David Lemoine, who specialises in innovative product design. Paul Redmond drives the Systems Engineering activities, focusing on detailed product specifications. Diarmuid Linehan specialises in complex system implementation, transforming conceptual design into a tangible product. Andrew Ward runs the technical product development and verification environment.
